Excavation“From the known, to the unknown”
It is the public’s role to attempt to discover what contexts exist and how they came to be created
The excavation involves the removal of topsoil, cleaning, or “troweling back” the surface of the sand until the discovery of edges which are definable.
Don’t remove the objects from the site.
